With easy to follow instructions, all you need from your pantry is 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, and some water - then
just mix and bake! For a truly traditional cornbread, bake in a cast iron skillet. Try adding your favorite
savory mix-ins like cheese and peppers or a sweet mixture like nuts and cranberries - the possibilities
are endless! This mix can also be used to coat seared or fried fish and meat, or used for pancakes,
waffles, casserole toppings, and more. Our cornbread is great with chili, and is great for
